Sina Eisenbarth

Sina Eisenbarth came to Crewe in October 2014 for five months, to write a master’s thesis on the Product Emergence Process: the roadmap that takes a new Bentley from concept through design, testing and engineering to production. She stayed on and is now Head of Programme Governance and Planning, where she and her team of eight are rewriting that process to shorten the time from sketch to showroom.
